• Creation of presentations and reports for clients • Review of subjective and objective operational information • Facilitate client workshops and interviews • Write user stories and use cases • Analysis of client financial and operational data • Work with client to perform business process modeling activities • Work on new software implementation projects
Job Requirements
- 5-10+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong experience following BA frameworks and methodologies
- Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills
- Experience meeting with stakeholders to define requirements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, follow through on tasks, and move projects forward
- Experience coordinating UAT, support system testing, and assisting with go-live activities (preferred)
- Change management experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Insurance industry experience (preferred)

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Lead, Global to define and drive the end-to-end consumer insights strategy across markets, shaping how the organization understands and serves its customers. This is a highly strategic role for a senior leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights, influence executive decision-making, and build scalable insights frameworks that inform product, marketing, and business strategy globally.
