Role Description For a 7-month maternity leave cover, we are looking for a senior marketing and communications professional who can start on June 22, allowing for a one-month handover. The person will own strategic communications across all Impact Europe communication channels as well as the planning, production, and delivery of two flagship conferences — Business of Impact (September 15–16, 2026, Portugal) and Impact Week 2027 (February 2027, location to be finalised from shortlist) — while managing the sponsorship pipeline and existing partner relationships across both events. The role includes strategic oversight of a three-person marketing and communications team capable of independent execution.
