Sales Development Representative

• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, SMS) targeting home services businesses • Engage & qualify inbound leads in a timely manner • Identify and engage decision-makers, turning cold outreach into qualified meetings • Maintain strong funnel conversion rates (connect → conversation → meeting → opportunity) • Build and prioritize target account lists using tools like ZoomInfo • Effectively qualify prospects (revenue, ticket size, financing usage, sales process) & handle objections on prospect calls • Partner closely with Account Executives for collaboration and seamless handoffs • Maintain accurate CRM data and execute structured outreach cadences • Maintain and track performance against KPIs (activity, meetings, pipeline) and continuously improve messaging
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in outbound prospecting or high-volume, customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or consumer financing concepts
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo
- A growth-oriented mindset, you thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot quickly to adapt to changing circumstances
