The Role The AEOI Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the AEOI team in meeting client reporting obligations under FATCA and CRS. Key Responsibilities - Assist with onboarding new clients, including maintaining records of FATCA/CRS classifications, GIIN registrations, and entity information. - Collect, organise, and review self-certifications, W-forms, and supporting documentation. - Input and maintain accurate data in internal AEOI systems, dashboards, and trackers. - Monitor reporting deadlines across jurisdictions and support the team in ensuring timely filings. - Liaise with clients to obtain outstanding information and respond to routine queries. - Support in preparing and reviewing XML submissions for FATCA and CRS filings. - Assist with the reconciliation of filing acknowledgements and follow-up on rejections or discrepancies. - Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and supporting documents in line with internal policies. - Support senior staff in preparing management reports, trackers, and internal updates. - Provide general administrative support to the AEOI team as required. - Ensure timely billing in accordance with our internal procedures and actively manage accounts receivables. - Attendance at training sessions provided by Walkers to ensure continued development and maintenance of AEOI knowledge. Completes all additions, updates, and deletions. - Communicates updated payer enrollment information including payer provider numbers. - Develops databases and spreadsheets for tracking organization providers.
