The Role The AEOI Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the AEOI team in meeting client reporting obligations under FATCA and CRS. This role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating document collection and review, assisting with data entry and filing processes, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. This role is fully remote, and the successful candidate must be residing in Ireland. Key Responsibilities - Assist with onboarding new clients, including maintaining records of FATCA/CRS classifications, GIIN registrations, and entity information. - Collect, organise, and review self-certifications, W-forms, and supporting documentation. - Input and maintain accurate data in internal AEOI systems, dashboards, and trackers. - Monitor reporting deadlines across jurisdictions and support the team in ensuring timely filings. - Liaise with clients to obtain outstanding information and respond to routine queries. - Support in preparing and reviewing XML submissions for FATCA and CRS filings. - Assist with the reconciliation of filing acknowledgements and follow-up on rejections or discrepancies. - Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and supporting documents in line with internal policies. - Support senior staff in preparing management reports, trackers, and internal updates. - Provide general administrative support to the AEOI team as required. - Ensure timely billing in accordance with our internal procedures and actively manage accounts receivables. - Attendance at training sessions provided by Walkers to ensure continued development and maintenance of AEOI knowledge.
