This is pipeline ownership in a high-velocity trades environment where speed and follow-up directly drive revenue. Leads are coming in, and if they’re not followed up fast and clean, money gets left on the table. If you’re sharp, organized, and relentless with follow-ups, you’ll thrive here. If you move slow or let deals slip through the cracks, this role will expose it quickly. This role owns the front end of the sales pipeline in a fast-moving trades environment, where speed, consistency, and follow-up directly impact revenue. You’ll manage inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, estimate coordination, and CRM accuracy to ensure every opportunity is touched, tracked, and moved forward. By keeping the pipeline clean and active, you enable sales teams to focus on closing while eliminating missed revenue due to delays or poor organization.
