CI&T
• Develop a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Establish plans for data quality, data catalog, privacy, compliance, and security. • Assess the client ecosystem with respect to data providers, platforms, and critical business data. • Define strategies for data products, monetization, and data sharing. • Ensure adherence to strategic plans and manage associated risks. • Monitor and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing maintenance and expansion. • Organize roles and responsibilities to enable effective project outcomes. • Identify opportunities for new data products through research and stakeholder feedback. • Support business processes to foster a data-driven culture. • Help clients recognize and realize the value of data in their strategic objectives. • Provide support to clients in designing and implementing tailored data solutions, such as Data Platforms, Data Visualization, AI models, and Generative AI applications.
