ZeptoLab
ZeptoLab is a profitable, 90-person mobile game studio behind globally recognized titles. As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Growth to own our full marketing function — UA, ASO, ad monetization, and product marketing — across our entire portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have real influence over commercial strategy and the autonomy to build the marketing engine that defines ZeptoLab's next chapter. What You'll Do - Lead and develop the marketing team across UA, product marketing, creative production, and ad monetization - Drive UA performance across paid channels (Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource) — define targets, manage channel mix, evaluate creative effectiveness, and optimize payback and ROAS models - Own ASO across all titles: keyword strategy, A/B testing, store page optimization, and localization priorities - Oversee ad monetization strategy, balancing revenue growth with player experience - Partner with analytics to turn performance data into clear marketing decisions and priorities - Support new game launches: define soft launch approach, geo-rollout logic, and performance expectations for greenlight decisions - Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans in close collaboration with Studio GMs and the CEO What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in mobile game marketing, with significant time in a senior leadership role - Hands-on expertise in user acquisition — Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer or Adjust) - Solid grasp of ASO: keyword strategy, store conversion optimization, and experimentation - Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams across UA, product marketing, and creative - Sharp product marketing instinct — you understand both player motivation and business goals - Experience in a multi-title environment, balancing different priorities across a portfolio - Fluent with performance data — you make decisions based on numbers, not gut alone Nice to Have - Familiarity with hybrid-casual puzzle or midcore genres - Experience with creative testing frameworks - Background in new mobile game launches Why ZeptoLab ZeptoLab is independent, profitable, and home to one of mobile gaming's most recognized IPs — Cut the Rope. User Acquisition Manager (Meta)

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing; - Experience managing budgets over $100K on Meta; - Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how they impact business performance; - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; - Experience working with Amplitude/Tableau; - Structured thinking and systematic work approach; - Creativity and ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses; - Ability to explain and support your decisions with data; - Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes; - Intermediate or higher level of English. Responsibilities - Creating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta and others); - Optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs; - Owning key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others; - Developing and testing hypotheses to optimize user acquisition performance; - Working closely with PMMs and the creative team to enhance the product and ad creatives; - Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and generating new ideas; - Researching and analyzing competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including their channels and ad creatives.
