• You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. • Deliver a high level of support to customers including installations, customer training, corrective and preventive maintenance, and telephone support. • Perform on-site system installations and provide hands-on user training to the customer. • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships. • Prepare external and internal activity reports and perform reporting in the company's dedicated software. • Act as the liaison between factory experts and the customer to resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 / Bac +5) in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or equivalent
  • Desirable experience in mass spectrometry and/or microbiology

The Field Engineer will provide support to the Project Manager and Construction Manager on various projects. General responsibilities include implementation of the project specific Quality Plan, site specific plans, material inventory and receiving.
