UX/UI Frontend Developer
Ruby Labs
• Create UI concepts from scratch based on product requirements, references, or ideas. • Use AI-powered UI tools (Claude, v0.dev, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate design exploration and prototyping. • Implement UI using Next.js 16+, TypeScript, and Tailwind. • Build reusable component-based UI structures. • Take full ownership of UI delivery - from idea to final implementation. • Implement and manage client-side state and server state using Zustand and TanStack React Query. • Integrate and maintain A/B testing solutions. • Add and maintain UI animations using Framer Motion.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI Front-End experience in a product or SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks — Next.js + TypeScript strongly preferred.
- Solid experience with design-to-code implementation using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and responsive layouts.
- Working knowledge of state management and API integration to ensure smooth data flow between the UI and backend.
- Experience designing and building for conversion, specifically subscription funnels, landing pages, or complex dashboard interfaces.
- Excellent attention to detail regarding typography, spacing, and micro-interactions.
- Clear, precise written communication — you can articulate design decisions and document component behavior clearly.
- Strong ownership mindset — you proactively identify UI polish issues or UX friction points without being told.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Nice to have: Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, experience with web performance optimization, knowledge of mobile-first design and PWA principles, background in SaaS, fintech, or tools with high-frequency user interactions, understanding of SEO best practices for frontend architecture.
