• Develop and enforce quality standards and goals across our software systems, services, and applications. • Design, build, and maintain an efficient automated testing environment while continuously educating the software engineering team on best practices. • Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, System Architects, Organizational Developer, UI/UX Designers, and product owners to deliver a high-quality product. • Advocate for a strong testing mindset throughout the organization to ensure quality remains a top priority. • Work with the support team to assess, evaluate, and prioritize incoming issues based on their severity and potential impact.

• Developing and maintaining customer-facing features and components across Content Management, Advertising and Customer Relations • Driving pivotal projects from development to production launch, including international advertising expansion and landing page enhancements • Implementation and maintenance of new and existing Product features • Conducting thorough automated unit and integration tests to maintain high-quality standards, extended with manual testing • Leading technical solution planning and ensuring project goals are met within expected timelines • Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and other engineering teams on business-critical projects and features

• Work cross-functionally to refine the customer journey across the order lifecycle • Integrate and optimize local payment methods catering to international markets • Solve logistics puzzles by tackling complex shipping logic • Increase the observability of our mission-critical applications to spot (and fix) issues before our customers do • Show your API craftsmanship by building and maintaining internal APIs, while integrating external APIs to connect us to the wider Thomann ecosystem and beyond • Take ownership of features that directly move the needle for the business while tackling technical debt that sharpens your architectural skills

• Build shared knowledge about our customers • Plan and conduct qualitative and mixed-method research (interviews, usability tests, discovery research) • Turn insights into clear product opportunities and recommendations • Contribute to product discovery and roadmap discussions • Help teams move from assumptions to evidence-based decisions • Introduce scalable research workflows and documentation • Mentor and coach Junior UX Researcher as well as teams in choosing appropriate research approaches
