Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The Enterprise HIM EHR Applications Data Analyst creates, understands, and manages data compiled from multiple systems for the HIM division and support our Joint Venture partners. In this role you will create data presentations on a regular basis for divisional leadership, regional committees, medical staff leadership, and other business partners. You will also leverage data to identify opportunities to improve operations and monitor changes with supporting data. This role also manages differing sets of data requests and analytics while building consistency of reporting metrics through requirements gathering, initial analysis, and application of up-to-date practices. This position will also serve a role in ensuring the integrity of the electronic health record. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Assist with the development of reporting and analytic methods related to operations, strategy and business development in concert with leadership and related stakeholders. - Routinely report on key metrics to report and monitor trends in the HIM division performance and support our Joint Venture business partners. - Gather and integrate information from different sources/systems; analyzes and interprets. - Provide medical staff, administrative, and hospital committees with data analysis that relates to quality objectives and enhance effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce data to provide key indicators. - Assist in the presenting/communicating these key indicators. - Collaborate with management and internal teams to determine, implement and monitor improvements through data. - Serve as a subject matter expert on HIM processes to support activities and leadership with data and trends.
