THE ROLE We’re looking for a strong systems-oriented engineer with hands-on LLM experience to join our AI Innovation team. In this role, you’ll build AI systems and internal products that improve how teams work across different departments and areas in the company. The common denominator is ownership: you should be comfortable leading projects end-to-end, including clarifying needs with stakeholders, making decisions under ambiguity, and pushing through blockers when they arise. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both sides of applied AI work: full-stack engineering and practical use of LLM capabilities.
