• Helping Professional Services team with business growth based on tools and capabilities available in the team • Working with a customer to understand their requirements and creating solutions for the customers • Defining timeline, deliverables and risks and estimating level of effort and required resources for delivering the solution • Conducting PoCs (Proof of Concept) for the customers to present proposed solution • Promoting automation approach to deliver customer projects and collaborating with the Development team to improve the existing automation framework
Job Requirements
- BS technical degree or equivalent
- Self-motivated and independent mindset
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in technical consulting within an IT or Cybersecurity services organization
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to create and deliver PoCs based on automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Ability to conduct discovery workshops to understand customer needs and gather requirements
- Ability to create technical documentation (SoWs, project timelines, etc.)
- Ability to estimate level of effort and required resources for project delivery
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
- Willingness to learn
- Readiness to work flexible hours
