• Support Business Development and Sales • Participate in and lead pre-sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if Oracle / NetSuite Planning and Budgeting are the best fit for requirements presented. • Work with Engagement Management to determine the timeline, resource plan, level-of-effort and fee estimates required for implementation in achieving client objectives. • Create and review work plans and draft proposals for completeness. • Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop efficient and high-quality EPM solutions • Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy • Lead and conduct all aspects of our implementation methodologies • Apply leading practices to solution design and build to adhere to client requirements • Configure the Oracle and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB/PBCS) software to develop and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders • Mentor and educate client personnel and consulting team members • Work with practice leadership to develop and deliver EPM-specific training, business development training and collateral and engagement materials/templates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 4+ years in Oracle PBCS / NSPB.
  • Oracle /NetSuite EPM Planning (especially pre-built models of Financial Planning and Workforce Planning) solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Essbase: cube design (ASO/BSO), calculation scripts, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management (FDMEE), and EPM Automate.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle/NetSuite ERP with EPM via Saved Searches and data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, Opex, workforce planning).
  • Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver business-facing solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

This role focuses on strong ingestion principles, building and scaling reusable ingestion frameworks, and establishing monitoring and controls for vendor transfers and enterprise sources (e.g., EDC, CTMS) as well as managing downstream exports to enable analytics and programming teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Ingest clinical data from EDC/CTMS and vendors (e.g., labs, eCOA, imaging, safety) into Veeva CDB/Elluminate/JReview per specifications and refresh cadence. - Execute and support file/API loads, including mapping, transformations, referential integrity, and controlled reprocessing. - Apply ingestion best practices: standardization, automated QC/validation, reconciliation, auditability/lineage, and incremental loads. - Build and maintain a reusable ingestion framework and standards (templates, metadata-driven mappings, reusable QC rules, runbooks) to accelerate onboarding and improve consistency. - Operate transfer monitoring and ingestion operations: expected vs received, timeliness/completeness checks, alerting/escalation, scheduling/re-runs, defect triage, and KPI/SLA tracking. - Ensure datasets are review-ready and manage downstream exports to internal consumers with clear data contracts and refresh expectations. - Partner with vendors and stakeholders to define/maintain transfer specs and acceptance criteria; provide SME troubleshooting and document fixes for repeatable operations. - Follow controlled documentation and change practices for regulated clinical processes, maintaining validation/traceability evidence and audit-ready records as required.
