As a Data Curation Associate, you will work on multiple projects, analyzing data to identify, fix, or report issues while strictly following established policies to ensure high accuracy. A key part of your role will involve "deep-dive" analysis into search queries—for example, investigating why a user couldn't find a specific place—to understand if our dataset is missing a location or contains naming discrepancies. Responsibilities: - Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution, following our workflows and policies. - Review and correct large volumes of data, meticulously documenting issues for analysis. - Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams. - Perform deep dives and root cause analysis. - Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines. - Work with the Google Suite of products/services such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc. - Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
