SAP Project Manager Location: Allen Park United States Job Description: Akkodis is seeking an SAP Project Manager - MMP for a Contract with a client in Allen Park, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, driving scope, timelines, governance, and cross-functional collaboration from Discover to Run phases. Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. SAP Project Manager - MMP Job Responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects using the SAP Activate methodology across all lifecycle phases (Discover to Run). - Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and IT partners to drive milestones, resolve risks, and manage dependencies. - Serve as Scrum Master for multiple product teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Oversee project governance, change control, compliance, and release management processes to ensure successful delivery. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, and executive communications. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 3 years leading SAP S/4HANA implementations. - Proven experience managing complex, global SAP projects using SAP Activate and agile methodologies. - Strong ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams while driving stakeholder alignment, governance, and successful delivery.
