Project Manager Remote Location: Hartford, CT Job Type: Contract Compensation: $70 - 80 Hourly Description Kforce has an immediate need for a Project Manager for a 6-9 month + Remote Contract position. Summary: This role supports the expansion of the Clients Enterprise Project Management group through the scaling of key processes and governance, standardizing the Project Management framework including continuous improvement of key artifacts for onboarding new groups. This role partners to ensure consistency, audit readiness, and effective communication across all Group functions and working teams. In this role, you will support multiple Enterprise Groups stakeholders to ensure supported process adoption. The ideal candidate will be well organized, possess strong presentation and communication skills, adapt effectively to shifting priorities, and demonstrate a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement. Key Tasks: - Support Council Working Groups (Framework, Change and Comms, Training and Organizational Effectiveness, and Tools and Reporting) with focus on archetype adoption and organizational capability development, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing such as managing an action tracker and communicating results - Maintain, update, and organize Group artifacts within designated repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the expanded archetypes - Report on Group governance metrics in Planview, providing guidance and insights to support process compliance and performance improvement - Support Group audits of the SharePoint repository to ensure data integrity, version control, and documentation alignment with standards - Create content and support delivery of the Groups Framework such as formal training modules, templates and job aids, and quick reference guides (QRGs) - Act as backup support management of the SharePoint groups, maintaining permissions, structure, and content quality with support from Senior Manager Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/mini projects/initiatives and drive process improvements with minimal oversight - Experience in process management, governance, or risk operations preferred - Strong understanding of process frameworks, audit practices, and change management principles - Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications - Experience supporting cross-functional working teams and developing training or communications materials Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with continuous improvement and lifecycle frameworks - Experience in developing metrics dashboards or governance reports - Proficiency in Planview The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
