Primary responsibilities will be to assist with the preparation and management of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines. You will also liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing from application through to settlement and post settlement. Key Responsibilities - Assist brokers in reviewing and preparing loan applications - Collect and verify necessary documentation from clients and third parties - Communicate with lenders to monitor application status and expedite approvals - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on application progress - Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies - Support the team with administrative tasks related to loan processing as required - Conduct post settlement check-ins with clients What We Are Looking For - Previous experience in a Australian mortgage broking support role required - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace - Understanding of Australian mortgage processes and lender requirements - Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace)

• Ensure transactions are correctly recorded in appropriate systems facilitating successful settlement • Investigation and resolution of failing transactions • Processing of all eligible securities through the DTCC processing system.
