An AI SaaS Client is looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to help launch and scale a consumer AI product in the US market. The product is already live within the ChatGPT ecosystem, and we’re looking for someone to drive adoption, user growth, and product-market fit among everyday American consumers. This is a hands-on role for someone who can test quickly, execute independently, and build traction from the ground up. Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)

- Develop and execute a US go-to-market strategy for a consumer AI product.
- Drive user acquisition across organic, community, referral, creator, and paid channels.
- Improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
- Analyse user behaviour and optimise conversion funnels.
- Create positioning and messaging for mainstream US users.
- Build launch strategies across the ChatGPT App ecosystem, Product Hunt, Reddit, TikTok, etc.
- Present actionable growth ideas directly to leadership.
- Own first-user traction and ongoing growth metrics.
- Requirements
- Experience growing a B2C, app, or self-serve SaaS product.
- Strong execution mindset with measurable user growth results.
- Ability to turn ideas into action quickly.
- Comfortable in lean startup teams.
- Strong understanding of US consumer behavior.
- AI / app growth / Product Hunt experience is a plus.
