This position involves evaluating client concerns, delivering therapy, supporting treatment goals, and keeping clinical records current and accurate. The day-to-day work is centered on helping clients build stability, improve mental health outcomes, and access consistent professional support without the barriers of in-person visits. This is a strong fit for an LCSW who works well in a structured remote setting and values clear, purposeful clinical care. Responsibilities: - Assess client needs through virtual intake and follow-up sessions - Provide ongoing telehealth counseling and therapeutic interventions - Develop practical treatment plans tailored to each client - Complete progress notes and all required documentation on time - Identify risk factors and follow proper clinical procedures when concerns arise - Collaborate with care teams and referral partners as needed
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
- Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records

OmniOn Power currently has a Journeyman Electrician (Field Service Technician III) opportunity available. This role will be 100% remote with overnight travel to customer sites in a regional area. Periodic travel may be required outside of the geographical region. The preferred location for this role is New Hampshire. JOB SUMMARY: The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and industrial equipment, including DC power systems. Performs inspections, diagnoses issues, and completes installation and restoration work while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Works independently to support customer needs, supervise internal and subcontractor teams, maintain equipment and inventory, and mentor apprentices.
