Role Description OmniOn Power currently has a Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) opportunity available. This role will be 100% remote with overnight travel to customer sites in a regional area. Periodic travel may be required outside of the geographical region. The preferred location for this role is New Jersey. The Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) is responsible for complex installation and modification of circuits, power transitions, and equipment testing on active power systems. This role includes troubleshooting, overseeing critical work activities, and performing Site Supervisor duties to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and successful project execution. This role will report to the Region Services Manager. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform circuit modifications, additions, and removals on active power distribution systems. - Execute power transition operations and test/turn-up of power system equipment. - Oversee volatile and high-risk work activities on job site. - Serve as Site Supervisor, ensuring project compliance, safety, and quality standards. - Troubleshoot complex issues using experience and sound judgment. - Plan and accomplish tasks to meet customer goals and resolve key issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in DC power equipment installation is required. - Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word. - A valid driver’s license. - Ability and willingness to travel approximately 100% and willingness to work different shifts (swing shifts). The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to meet business objectives in line with the company and regional initiatives, product and channel strategies. This individual will implement marketing activities with the global marketing and communications team and to support the sales organization in driving sales of OmniOn Power products and services in the APAC region, and to service as the community leader for other regional marketing managers. OmniOn Power currently has a Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) opportunity available. This role will be 100% remote with overnight travel to customer sites in a regional area. Periodic travel may be required outside of the geographical region. The preferred location for this role is Florida. JOB SUMMARY: The Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) will work on the addition or removal of wiring and connections on working and non-working DC power equipment. Responsible for weekly tool inventory, writing and submitting the MOP (Method of Procedure) and JIM (Job Information Memorandum). Responsible for timesheet for self and crew, safety adherence, and jobsite house cleaning. This role will report to the Region Service Manager. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III), you will: - Lead small to medium sized service projects. - On-time completion and quality of the installation project. - Responsible for inventory and staging of equipment and materials, weekly status report to supervisor, reading and interpreting specifications and drawings. - Assist Level IV Technician on lead verification (voltage). - Add or remove DC power systems, batteries, and add or remove common systems equipment hardware. - Support installation, commissioning of wireless, datacenter, and electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment. - Comply with all EHS and regulatory guidelines. • The Distribution RSM is responsible for overseeing all distribution-related sales, partner management, and channel growth activities within the region. • This role ensures the company’s products are effectively represented, stocked, promoted, and sold through authorized distribution partners. • The Distribution RSM drives revenue growth, expands market coverage, and strengthens distributor capabilities while maintaining alignment with corporate strategy. • Develop and execute the regional distribution strategy to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners as needed. • Evaluate distributor performance regularly and implement improvement plans where necessary. • Maintain strong relationships with distributors’ executive, sales, and operations teams. • Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across assigned territories. • Monitor channel inventory levels and ensure healthy stock positions. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Support major commercial opportunities and engage in joint customer visits with distributors. • Review distributor rebates, incentives, and pricing proposals to maintain compliance and profitability. • Ensure distributors follow operational standards, marketing guidelines, and contractual requirements. • Lead demand-generation activities with distributor marketing teams. • Provide competitive insights to guide product positioning and channel strategy. • Support product launches, promotions, and training initiatives in the distribution network.
