What You’ll Do Email & Messaging (Core Responsibility) - Write and execute daily, weekly, and campaign-based emails - Develop compelling, on-brand copy that reflects our voice and mission - Build and deploy campaigns in our ESP - Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization - Own the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc) - Work closely with our content and production teams to amplify what matters most Lifecycle & Journey Management - Design and optimize the journeys that shape how people experience Torch: - First impression (welcome/onboarding) - Ongoing engagement - Re-engagement when people drift away - Make every touchpoint feel intentional, not automated Analytics & Optimization - Track and report on performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) - Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and offers - Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance - Help define and measure lifecycle KPIs (engagement, retention, LTV) Take Ownership of the Audience - Build smart segmentation and targeting strategies - Maintain list health and data integrity - Help us better understand who our audience is and what they need What We’re Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing - A strong writer who knows how to hold attention and communicate clearly - Experience with email platforms (bonus points if you have used Iterable) - Someone who understands both storytelling and performance - Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and automation - Someone who cares about the mission—not just the mechanics What Success Looks Like - Our emails get opened, read, and shared - Our audience feels more connected, informed, and engaged - We are acquiring and retaining more subscribers to Torch - We build a stronger, more resilient direct relationship with our audience If you’re just looking to manage campaigns, this probably isn’t the right fit. Role Description Define and own the global digital standard for maintenance management and machine data utilization across Gas Power manufacturing sites. Partners with the Global Process Engineering Authority, who owns the physical asset, controls infrastructure, and automation standards, to integrate machine data across platforms and translate it into actionable insights for asset reliability, process stability, and quality. Covers the full scope from maintenance planning and work order execution to machine program management and operational data flows.
