• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and account expansion • Building meaningful and long-term relationships with your customer base • Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio • Active outreach to new sites, users, and key stakeholders within your existing accounts • Partner with Consultants and Customer Success teams to expand use cases, drive satisfaction and product adoption • Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention • Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools)
  • Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships
  • Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
