How you’ll make an impact: The Senior Specialist, Learning & Development is a highly visible role that supports the adoption of priority tools, advances AI enablement, and helps modernize onboarding experiences across SiriusXM. This is a senior individual contributor role that partners on the execution of a defined L&D portfolio. You will translate enterprise priorities into scalable learning experiences, contribute to enablement models, and deliver high-impact programs that help employees and leaders do their best work. If you are energized by building from ambiguity, scaling learning systems, and connecting enablement to real business outcomes, this role offers meaningful exposure and the opportunity to drive impact across the organization without people management responsibility. What you’ll do: - Support the execution of a multi-quarter roadmap across onboarding, AI enablement, and tools adoption - Translate enterprise priorities into structured program plans, launches, and success measures - Contribute to a consistent operating rhythm for delivery across the portfolio - Build end-to-end learning journeys, frameworks, and pathways that scale across the organization - Develop repeatable enablement models that support ongoing tools and AI adoption - Contribute to the modernization of onboarding to improve consistency and accessibility - Enable skills-based mobility through structured learning pathways and frameworks - Deliver high-impact learning experiences for team members and people leaders - Facilitate key enablement sessions - Drive the effectiveness and experience of SiriusXM University and related platforms - Partner with People & Culture stakeholders and business partners to support program delivery - Coordinate across teams to align on timelines, dependencies, and rollout needs - Support stakeholder communication and alignment efforts - Support platform configuration, workflows, and rollout execution - Help ensure learning experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to employee needs - Define and track success metrics, adoption indicators, and program performance - Gather insights and feedback to inform continuous improvement - Support reporting on program health, engagement, and outcomes What you’ll need: - 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields - Strong program coordination and execution experience in cross-functional environments - Experience designing or supporting scalable learning experiences, frameworks, or enablement programs - Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and emerging AI tools - Facilitation experience across employee and/or manager audiences - Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrixed organization - Instructional design experience grounded in adult learning principles - Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment - A measurement mindset, including tracking success metrics and using data to improve outcomes - Experience supporting onboarding or enterprise enablement programs, preferred - Experience supporting adoption of new tools or technologies - Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses, preferred - Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. - Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $68,100 - $90,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
