• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau, Qlik, or similar enterprise BI platforms • Build and optimize backend queries leveraging SQL Server and structured data models to support scalable reporting • Integrate analytics into secure data applications and collaborate with full-stack teams to embed insights into user workflows • Support administration and performance tuning of BI environments, including platform configuration and optimization • Partner with functional stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful visualizations and operational metrics • Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business context • Contribute to iterative delivery within Agile environments, supporting enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement

• Drive the implementation of Sigma as LILT's BI platform, including dashboard migration, workspace design, and new dashboard development • Design and build data transformation layers to ensure reliable, consistent reporting • Create production-grade dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into actionable insights • Own complex BI integrations including Sigma, BigQuery, Salesforce, and other business systems • Build elegant, intuitive dashboards that adhere to LILT's visualization standards and UX best practices • Translate complex business questions into clear visual analytics that drive action • Optimize dashboard performance and query efficiency • Develop self-service analytics capabilities that reduce dependency on the BI function • Triage and prioritize incoming BI requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment • Manage SLAs • Maintain and communicate backlog status, blockers, and trade-offs to stakeholders • Partner with BI contributors (and, when relevant, Data Engineering) to align on requirements • Act as a BI contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Revenue, Production, Finance, Product teams)

• Delivers data, reports and dashboards with the key performance indicators and metrics needed to make business critical decisions and drive business results. • Builds strong working relationships with data consumers to understand the link between data requests and business process decisions. • Works with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules behind available data to enable proper interpretation for metrics. • Perform data cleaning and transformation • Analyze, interpret, and compile large amounts of data to find impactful insights that drive decision-making. • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to be a champion of change and for data literacy for the organization. • Aid in the creation and maintenance of documentation of data artifacts to ensure smooth operations and a robust knowledge base. • Teach, train, and educate others across the organization with respect to best practices for presenting and analyzing data to deliver business value.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and enhance end-user productivity • Convert existing PDF forms to Microsoft Forms including the redesign, building and testing of the forms • Integrate new and existing Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate Flows • Design, build and test Power Automate Flows intended to automate repetitive and/or manual tasks to improve efficiency • Incorporate approval routing, Outlook email and SharePoint list integration into Power Automate Flows • Plan, design and execute a SharePoint Online intranet including a HUB site that aligns with organizational needs and objectives • Migrate content, including PDF documents and Microsoft forms, from a Drupal Version (10.6.2 or higher) content management system to SharePoint Online • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including creating and configuring site collections and sites, managing day-to-day operations of sites, libraries, and lists • Oversee and improve existing SharePoint permissions, groups, and security settings to meet best practices • Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose and resolve end user issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc. • Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance to meet organizational and regulatory security standards and requirements • Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs, participate in meetings focused on site content, enhancements, and governance, and deliver clear, actionable technical solutions that align with organizational objectives • Provide technical and analytical guidance to other developers, team members, and end-users regarding solution design and troubleshooting • Mentor and train junior developers or team members on Power Platform, and SharePoint best practices • Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices
