The Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE) group is dedicated to driving change and implementing operational strategy. OOE supports the Citi transformation agenda by assisting with programs that redefine core operations architecture and the processes they support. A key focus of the OOE is Movement of Funds – this team helps manage and refine risk associated with movements of funds, covering outgoing, incoming, and internal transfers. The team aims to define clear payment risk appetites, consolidate and report payment risks, and harmonize controls across the enterprise. Our approach involves contributing to a cohesive framework for risk management and supporting proactive measures to reduce reliance on detective controls. By assisting in these areas, the goal is to streamline processes, enhance financial stability, and ensure consistent, effective operations throughout the organization. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, contribute to new ideas, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the adoption of AI with the Data & Analytics strategy. The successful candidate will be comfortable supporting high-level strategic thinking and diving into details to help drive OOE Data & Analytics strategic implementations in support of the firm's processing risk appetite. Responsibilities: - Assist Solution Leads in coordinating and articulating the execution strategy, vision, and implementation approach for Data & Analytics to support strategic payment control solutions and associated Product Oriented Delivery (POD) teams. - Support PODs in partnering with technology, inter and intra LoB teams, and lines of defense teams to synchronize execution, identify dependencies, evaluate execution risks, escalate issues as needed, assess status, and contribute to reporting transparencies for the broader organization. - Contribute to the adoption of best practice execution and promote standardization and consistency for payment control solutions. - Participate in identifying improvements and solutions, and support coordination relationships with related programs as necessary. - Support all process and technology implementation for controls to meet Operations' outcomes. - Specific responsibilities include: - Support the team in alignment with global priorities across workstreams focused on Data Models, Frameworks, and governance. - Learn to influence and communicate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. - Contribute to ensuring resilience, scale, speed, and security of the Data Infrastructure in partnership with technology. - Assist in applying consistent delivery practices aligned with program governance to validate strategic investments of the OOE MOF portfolio towards the agreed target state. - Support alignment with workstream leads across the OOE MOF to ensure cohesion across disciplines so that strategic outcomes are recognized in implementations. - Participate in requirement and user story walkthroughs and test results reviews in collaboration with tech Dev, testing, and LOB teams.
