• The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the HealthRules software product and its configuration, interfaces, upgrades, and enhancements. • Develop and manage the overall program/project plans and timeline, including key milestones and dependencies, and tracking progress against the plan. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product management, and security, to develop and execute the migration strategy. • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and drive resolution of roadblocks to keep the program on track. • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality, best practices and meet customer requirements. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership, including regular program updates and presentations. • Lead and directly manage a team of client resources in the delivery of project-based activities in order to deliver the HealthRules product. • Provide estimates, SOWs, and project charter documentation in support of on-going client needs and new customer opportunities. • Maintain direct control over project planning.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field and over 8 years of experience managing large scale, enterprise-class, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clients.
  • Must have healthcare industry and HealthCare Payer and/or Care Management software implementation experience.
  • Experience managing teams of 8+ resources with billable work of at least $1M.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience managing projects using the Scrum Agile software development framework.
  • Candidates should have a general understanding of Case Management, Disease Management, Wellness and/or Utilization Management.
  • Candidates should have a general understanding of healthcare payer workflows including claims processing, benefits configuration, member enrollment, correspondence, medical management, and provider contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of industry business practices and value offerings.
  • Experience working as a project manager implementing enterprise software applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

Role Description We are currently seeking an ERP Integration Project Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). The Program Manager – ERP Transition will lead a large-scale transformation initiative to migrate the legacy business systems into the company’s main ERP platform. This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise, proven experience in program management, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams.
