A te küldetésed Felépíteni és vezetni egy kicsi, ütős magcsapatot a karodon, akik együtt: - vállalkozói közösséget építenek, - startup/KKV fókuszú programokat csinálnak, - és valódi kapcsolódást hoznak a helyi vállalkozói világhoz (mentorok, cégek, projektek). Mit fogsz csinálni a gyakorlatban? Közösségépítés & leadership - Kari HUB-magcsapat felépítése (toborzás, motiválás, szerepek kiosztása). - Rendszeres belső ritmus: heti egyeztetés, feladatok, felelősségek. Programok & események - Workshopok, meet-upok, vállalkozói estek, pitch/validációs alkalmak szervezése. - “Belépő” események + haladó trackek (akinek van ötlete, akinek már van csapata, akinek KKV-s problémára csinál megoldást). Kapcsolatépítés a karon belül - Együttműködés kari diákszervezetekkel, tanszékekkel, szakkollégiumokkal, karrierirodával, alumni-körökkel. - A HUB láthatóságának felépítése (kommunikáció, jelenlét, toborzás). Kapcsolódás a BossConnect ökoszisztémához - Mentorok / szakértők bevonása a programokra. - Tehetségek és projektek “átvezetése” a BossConnect következő szintjeire (mentorálás, akcelerációs logikák). Operáció & minőség - Éves aktivitási terv + partneri lista a HUB-ra (nem improvizálunk, építkezünk). - Alap riportolás: mi történt, hány ember, milyen output, mi a következő lépés (országosan összehasonlítható működés). - Eszközhasználat: feladatkezelés, egyszerű CRM / pipeline-logika (standardizált, skálázható működés). Akkor vagy igazán sikeres, ha… - van egy aktív, stabil magcsapatod, akik viszik veled a HUB-ot; - a karodon “tudják, hogy ez mi” (és jönnek is); - vannak rendszeres, minőségi programok; - elindul egy tehetség- és projektpipeline (ötletek, csapatok, együttműködések, KKV-kapcsolódások); - és a HUB működése replikálható (nem hőstörténet, hanem rendszer).
