Primary Responsibilities: - Work within the AHCCCS Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) Portals and internal UHCCP IAD platforms. - Assist Behavioral Health (BH) Quality of Care (QOC) Clinical Analysis staff by gathering internal and external information and documentation, including obtaining medical records for submitted IADs, to support determinations regarding potential deviations in care. - Effectively interface with external behavioral health provider offices and facilities by providing education and guidance on AHCCCS IAD portal requirements, ensuring compliance with timeliness standards outlined in the AMPM and contractual requirements. - Manage administrative functions related to QOC investigations by supporting the Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Analyst team with document preparation, case setup, and triage activities. - Collaborate with Quality Management (QM) RN Supervisors and the QM Associate Director on administrative duties related to physical health IADs. - Collaborate internally with other QM departments and cross functional teams within UHCCP. - Manage multiple tasks, projects, and shifting priorities while effectively organizing and prioritizing work products. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, OR Social Work - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 2+ years of Arizona behavioral health experience, including work with providers or health plans and AHCCCS (Medicaid) - Experience working with the AHCCCS Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) Portal - Experience managing competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment - Experience working with multiple databases to efficiently retrieve, input, and maintain accurate information - Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), and internal systems - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Word (creating, editing and saving documents) and Excel (creating, editing, and saving documents and spreadsheets) Outlook (email and calendar management) Microsoft Teams (Chat and creating channels) - Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
