Job Description

User Acquisition Specialist

Headway EdTech

• Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta. • Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make data-driven decisions. • Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools, and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team. • Monitor and analyze EdTech market trends. • Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest new ad creatives and provide feedback on their performance.

Job Requirements

  • Have some experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast.
  • Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions, and uncover causal relationships.
  • Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.
  • Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).
  • Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
  • Share our SELECT values and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, driven team.
