• Own end-to-end project lifecycle management — from scoping and planning through execution, launch, and retrospective • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to define timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for new features and platform improvements, including AI-driven initiatives • Coordinate client-facing implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of schools and districts onto Edlio's platform • Actively track emerging AI tools, methodologies, and industry trends — and bring relevant insights back to the team to inform how we work and what we build • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into project workflows to improve efficiency, forecasting, and reporting • Identify risks and blockers early, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders across the organization • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, maintain project documentation, and hold teams accountable to deliverables • Translate technical requirements — including AI-related features — into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders such as school administrators and district leaders • Continuously improve internal processes and project management practices as Edlio scales

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, EdTech, or technology company
  • A genuine curiosity about AI — you actively follow developments in the space, experiment with new tools, and think critically about how AI can be applied responsibly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong communicator who can distill complexity — including AI concepts — into clear updates for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where processes are still being built
  • Familiarity with agile and/or scrum methodologies
  • PMP or other PM certification is a plus, but not required
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity or project outcomes
  • Background in K-12 education, EdTech, or working with school district clients
  • Experience managing software implementation or customer onboarding projects
  • Familiarity with web platforms, CMS tools, or mass communication systems
  • Prior exposure to AI product development cycles or working alongside ML/AI engineering teams
