• Build, lead, and coach a team of 8-12 engineers to manage the infrastructure for the dbt platform and report to the Director of Infrastructure • Empower your team to achieve big goals by giving them product and business context and supporting team ownership of the roadmap, product development lifecycle, and technical excellence. • Dive deep into our product to frame tradeoffs and make decisions about what, how, and when we build. • Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Support to build delightful migration experiences, helping our customers seamlessly move off legacy deployments. • Coach engineers in product thinking, quality, and software engineering. Build individualized growth plans and match interests and capabilities to team goals. • Work with peer managers to evolve organizational processes like product training, technical decision making, project execution, and planning.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in people management with a software or infrastructure engineering team
- Experience managing senior individual contributors (Staff+ level).
- Experience supporting a cloud-based infrastructure with complex resource requirements and global deployment strategy. You bring hard-won expertise on reliability, availability, performance, and security at the intersection of application and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Terraform and cloud infrastructure state management

Role Description The Member Development Manager serves as a recruiting specialist in a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving new Member acquisition within a defined territory. This position owns the full sales cycle—including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing—by clearly articulating the value of Nationwide Marketing Group to independent retailers. Success is measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed new Member acquisition targets.
