AI Operations Manager

• Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into AI-enabled operational solutions • Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, or scalability across functions • Establish and maintain an inventory of AI tools, vendors, and use cases in active use; compare and contrast with traditional B2B SaaS business applications • Define and track measurements related to business impact, adoption, and operational effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows • Coordinate with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet required standards without slowing delivery • Enable responsible scaling of AI-driven workflows as adoption increases • Monitor AI-enabled processes in production and address performance or control gaps • Other operations-related responsibilities, as required

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation roles
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience implementing or working with AI-enabled and automation platforms , including: Salesforce (AI features, automation, workflows), HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM workflows), Gong (conversation intelligence, AI insights), Microsoft Copilot (productivity and workflow automation), Claude / ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven workflows and solutions
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define and measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives
  • Ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability in AI adoption
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Job Description Summary The AI Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing the AI communications and change strategy to drive awareness, understanding, and responsible use of AI with GE Aerospace employees. Providing centralized oversight of all AI communications across the business teams to ensure messages, campaigns, and activities are aligned and consistent. This role will also support the understanding by employees, and external audiences of how AI supports GE Aerospace’s business strategy. Job Description Key responsibilities include: Employee Communications and Change Management: - Design and execute employee communications and change management plan through newsletters, intranet content, people leader and employee meetings, and more to bring employees along on our AI journey. - Develop and maintain an AI editorial calendar to distribute content enterprise-wide. - Partner with broader business communications team and provide centralized oversight of all AI communications across the business to ensure messages are aligned and consistent. - In partnership with the Data Science & AI and Learning teams, develop communication plans to launch training content and learning resources to help employees understand when and how to responsibly use AI while building their confidence in the value of AI. - Develop communications plan tailored for the Digital Technology team to accelerate their AI capability building and help them understand progress in our AI journey.
