Role Description The role involves managing complex projects with a focus on Health and Human Services Eligibility systems. Qualifications - Level III - More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects. - Minimum 12 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager. - Experience in a PMO supporting domains such as Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare. - Proven experience in data conversion and data modeling. - Experience working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality. Requirements - Minimum experience of managing a program budget of at least $100 million. - Seven years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, and VBA scripting. - Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-7 years of experience working with technical teams, data analysts, and integration partners. - Comfortable leading technical discussions. - Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute.
