Analyst, Sustainability Location:   UK, Virtual, EUROPE Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team   Analyst, Sustainability (Remote) Full time, United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Poland, Spain *For candidates located near our office sites in Warsaw, Krakow, Lublin, or Rzeszów in Poland, the role will follow a hybrid working model.    The Analyst, Sustainability is responsible for equipping the global Sustainability team with accurate data, clear insights and high quality analysis that enhance decision making and enable the effective delivery of BCD’s sustainability strategy and goals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy and consistency across sustainability information flows—collecting, validating and structuring data, preparing reporting inputs, and supporting compliance related processes (e.g., GHG, CSRD/GRI, EcoVadis, CDP). The Analyst also contributes to clear, compelling communication materials and supports the coordination of workstreams, enabling timely progress tracking and effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.   As an Analyst, Sustainability, you will - Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with the company strategy and annual objectives by coordinating tasks, preparing data and maintaining clear documentation - Maintain and update the carbon management platform on a defined cadence (e.g., monthly), ensuring data accuracy, audit ready evidence and timely preparation of quarterly snapshots for leadership review - Coordinate inputs with stakeholders for the Annual Report and CSRD/GRI disclosures; structure and maintain data, KPI trackers and evidence repositories - Coordinate activities that enable participation and impact across the business; track and analyze participation and outcomes to inform planning - Manage the Sustainability team inbox and triage inquiries to the appropriate owner - Monitor emerging sustainability regulations, standards and industry practices; summarize implications for internal stakeholders - Provide valuable industry research to the department - Create and maintain soft dollar budgets/usage - Understand key performance indicators relative to the travel industry - Global administration for eTamis - Perform override calculations for new and lost clients in support of Client Finance - Update and maintain supplier income and forecast modules (SIFM) - Assist in implementation of various carrier promotions and program development            About you  - Strong quantitative skills; confident working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and quality - Experience translating sustainability or carbon data into clear outputs (dashboards, reports, executive summaries - Ability to identify trends, variances and insights through analytical problem solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages for non-technical audiences - Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools; able to follow established methodologies for GHG and disclosure inputs - Strong organizational skills, managing multiple data streams and deadlines effectively - Exposure to ESG reporting (e.g., GRI/CSRD, CDP, EcoVadis) and basics of Scopes 1–3 is a plus                                                                                                 What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
