Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a producer/project manager capacity.
- Strong technical appreciation for software involved in the development of games, media or digital entertainment.
- Demonstrable experience of short and long term scope and capacity management
- Proven ability to prepare mitigation and contingency plans before problems occur
- Passion and enthusiasm for games and game development.
- Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Effective communication skills across all levels and disciplines.

Role Description The Associate Producer oversees or contributes to live event treatments, video scripts, live presentations, and production elements by segment or in their entirety. The position participates in the budgeting process of line-specific elements and tracks all support functions associated with production elements including show documentation, speaker support, graphic development, scenic builds, and entertainment. The position produces live program event segments including deck management and backstage speaker support. The Associate Producer manages small to medium events, or portions of a large-scale event. Management of individual production elements and specific deliverables in support of the overall production is a critical function of the role. The Associate Producer reports to the Assoc Director, Event Production or Director, Event Production. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. - 2+ years of production or audio visual experience required. - Onsite crew management experience preferred. - Client relationship skills, strong written and oral communications skills, and detail oriented. - Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes required. - Ability to read and decipher financial reports and records. - Computer proficiency required including MS Office.
