ITM Member Service Representative Starting Pay: $17.50 (may increase with relevant experience) General Purpose: Provide multiple services to members via ITM Department channels in the areas of teller transactions, member services, digital support, and card service to members. POSITION SUMMARY The International Franchise Contract Administrator is primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining the franchise-related contracts for the Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. global franchise business. Reviews corporate entity structures, drafts and amends contracts relating to international franchise relationships, and maintains the franchise contract database.
