McGraw Hill is hiring a Sales Development Representative to propel our School Education Sales team to achieve the next level of growth. The Sales Development Representative will focus on qualifying leads and performing targeted outbound prospecting activities to develop leads and build a robust, qualified Sales pipeline for a variety of instructional materials, programs, and services.This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone just starting out or still early in their sales career who is ambitious and high energy. As part of our PreK-12 business, you’ll be part of a team that creates robust digital tools, curriculum, and learning solutions that are used by millions of educators and students every day. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing: - Prospect via phone and email (avg. ~50 dials/day) to research, pre-qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline - Identify and engage decision-makers and key influencers to drive meaningful conversations - Schedule virtual meetings and product demos between prospects and Sales Representatives - Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Specialists to support revenue growth and close opportunities - Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals while logging all activity in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and sharing relevant customer feedback with Marketing We are looking for someone with: - Bachelor’s degree preferred with 0–2 years of experience and an interest in K–12 education - Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality - Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade - Highly curious, creative, and adaptable with the ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly - Coachable team player able to work cross-functionally, with strong technical skills in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar sales tools Why work for us? Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S. Opportunity At Naveris, our Sales Representatives play a critical role in driving adoption of NavDx®, a cutting-edge Lab Developed Test (LDT) designed for patients with HPV-driven cancers. This is a true build role. You will be responsible for launching and developing a new territory, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability to establish presence, drive adoption, and deliver results. NavDx detects and quantifies Tumor Tissue Modified Viral (TTMV®)-HPV DNA in blood, offering a non-invasive tool to monitor patients for recurrence after treatment. By enabling earlier detection of disease recurrence, NavDx helps clinicians optimize patient management and improve outcomes. In this role, you will engage a broad range of stakeholders—including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, head and neck surgeons, and colorectal surgeons—within multidisciplinary care teams.
