As we continue to scale, Private Equity partnerships are becoming a critical part of our go-to-market strategy. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager - Private Equity to define and lead our Private Equity ecosystem, helping us unlock new relationships and build on existing relationships. About The Role: In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and scale the Private Equity and Venture Capital partner program. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential partners, building strong relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and defining product and marketing opportunities to deepen our partner programs. Your goal is to build strong partnerships that drive a strong and consistent lead flow, resulting in new SpendHound customers. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, or Mountain View), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. As Partnership Manager, You Will: - Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape - Build strong relationships with partners across their investment and operating teams that drive mutually beneficial partnerships that grow stronger over time - Help define the playbook to scale the program across many possible partners - Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition, including scalable processes and playbooks for partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned and delivering results - Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, building deep relationships that lead to long-term collaboration and trust - Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall impact on business metrics - Experiment with new partnership models, incentives, and outreach strategies to drive growth You Are Likely To Succeed If: - Enjoy building new programs from the ground up and are comfortable experimenting and navigating ambiguity - Are a strong communicator with the executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent SpendHound externally - Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to keep momentum moving across teams - Can identify key stakeholders across partners, what motivates different leaders, and build lasting relationships - Are proactive, self-directed, and take ownership without waiting for permission - Have 2-3 years of experience in partnerships (from early stage), or business development roles at a SaaS, fintech, banks, or have an Investment Banking background. - Consulting experience, and are excited to move into a Partnerships role at a fast-paced startup. The compensation package also includes equity. This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides in-person and telephonic Medical Case Management to individuals, involving the patient, physician, other health care providers, the employer, and the referral source - Utilizes their medical and nursing knowledge to discuss the current treatment plan with the physician and discuss alternate treatment plans - Provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient’s progress - Evaluates patient’s treatment plan for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost effectiveness - Attends doctors, other providers, home and in some cases, attorney’s visits - Attends hospital and/or long-term facility discharge planning conferences, etc. for the purpose of determining appropriateness of care and developing an effective long-term care strategy - Conducts home visit for initial evaluation - Implements care such as negotiating the delivery of durable medical equipment and nursing services - This role requires regular travel, dependent on the injured worker’s injuries and needs. The Telephonic Case Manager coordinates resources and develops cost-effective, personalized care plans for ill or injured individuals. The goal is to support quality treatment and, when appropriate, a timely return to work. This role uses clinical expertise to assess the appropriateness of current treatment plans based on the patient’s medical and physical condition. The Case Manager communicates directly with treating physicians to evaluate and recommend alternative care options when needed. They also explain medical conditions and treatment plans to patients, family members, and adjusters, while supporting the objectives of the Case Management department and of CorVel. This is a remote role.
