• Support cloud-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage. • Work with AWS services to help maintain and improve data workflows. • Help with data validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of analytics pipelines. • Contribute to data lake solutions used for reporting and analytics. • Support reporting and visualization tools used by business partners. • Follow best practices for source control, documentation, and team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Glue, S3, Aurora, or RDS
- 5+ years of experience working with modern data lake formats like Parquet or Apache Iceberg
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing fundamentals
- Experience using source control tools such as Bitbucket
- Exposure to reporting or analytics tools such as SSRS or Tableau
- Comfort working in Agile or DevOps-style team environments.

Role Description The Master Data Steward will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of critical business data across the organization at Offen Petroleum. This role requires basic proficiency in understanding of data and query/reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferable. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience preferred in data management or a similar role is advantageous. - Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and drive to learn. - Familiarity with system data structures, data modeling, and data relationships is preferable. - Experience with data management tools and technologies is a plus. - Demonstrated basic data analyst proficiency understanding of data concepts, query/reporting tools, and Microsoft office applications. Understanding of master data quality tools is a plus. - High level of written and oral communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage ongoing projects; adaptable at taking on new projects as needed. - Ability to work extended hours (some evenings and weekends, when necessary) and achieve results in a deadline driven environment. - Finance and accounting experience preferred. - Experience with Oracle NetSuite software preferred.
