Internship: Innovation, Corporate Strategy and Growth Throughout this internship, you will be an integral part of the Wasabi Innovation, Corporate Strategy and Growth team. You will research and analyze market data, provide analysis on pricing strategies, competitive organizations. You find solutions to urgent business challenges and needs. These challenges can be across a variety of functions including reviewing and updating existing collateral, creating new sales tools. General Responsibilities · Provide actionable competitive intelligence, sales tools, to serve the needs of the field (battlecards, competitive matrices, rebuttals, ROI/pricing analysis, etc.) with defensible analysis/proof points, and positioning of Wasabi products and solutions favorably against the competition · Work closely with the Product Marketing team to provide market and competitive intelligence needed for key joint solutions · Analyze various data sources (inhouse data, industry analysts, competitive analysis, pricing trends, technology trends) and report key findings · Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) market and its trends · Analyze and develop product use cases to help drive long-term strategies Position Requirements: · Solid understanding of key secondary resources to capture intelligence, and ability to analyze and translate raw data into meaningful intelligence is required · Understanding of business and data analytic · A good knowledge of current competitive dynamics in the cloud infrastructure services market · Ability to commute to the Boston area for the duration of the internship It Would Be a Plus If You Have: · Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications · Ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems · Ability to define and frame business problems in a logical and structured manner · Highly collaborative team player · Motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently and in ambiguity Our standard pay rate for interns is $20/hr.
