JOB SUMMARY: The RCM Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with patient statement and internal billing questions. This position is also responsible for supporting the RCM CSR team with day-to-day challenges, and meeting productivity goals. Essential Job Functions: - Answer high volume of patient calls - Answer day-to-day questions and provide support to patients and team members - Ensure patient understands the statement and assist with taking payment - Follow up timely on internal and external correspondence - Identify and provide feedback on areas of opportunities - Identify and escalate posting trends that affect our patient's receiving an erroneous statement - Maintain CSR goals set by management - Other duties as assigned by your manager COMPETENCIES: - Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral - Experience in healthcare, at least one year - Attention to detail, and flexible work style - Must be team player - Excellent customer service skills.
