Your responsibilities will include providing efficient and effective planning support, focusing on diary management and resource allocation for our GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of care and service delivery that our patients rely on. You’ll help us make health happen by: - Maintain schedules in line with existing plans - Support the Resource Planning Analyst in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems - Engage with resource planners and operational management to action necessary changes promptly - Assist Operational Support advisors with diary management activities Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently - IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office - Scheduling experience or diary management experience (ideal but can be trained) Benefits: Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
