Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience with SQL, data analytics and programming

While our third‑party partner (Accordion) manages data ingestion, modeling, and dashboard development, this role focuses on governing and validating the work, strengthening data trust, and enabling business stakeholders through high‑quality data, documentation, analysis, and training. This person sits within the Data Architecture & Engineering Team and partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and our consulting partners. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Data Quality & Governance: - Own data quality validation across certified datasets, KPIs, and semantic layers. - Design, maintain, and monitor Data quality rules, alerts, and issue resolution workflows. - Perform root‑cause analysis and partner with Accordion or source‑system owners to resolve defects. - Ensure correctness, consistency, and alignment of KPI definitions across the organization. Testing and Release Management: - Develop and execute test plans for new datasets, transformations, and reporting assets. - Validate Snowflake models (built by Accordion) before promotion to staging/production. - Conduct regression testing, automated quality checks, and data reconciliation processes. - Manage release documentation and contribute to a clean, governed SDLC.
