Responsibilities Work with Keysight team on global supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across our multinational operations, site and contract manufacturing partners. · Work with best-in-class digital tools, operational frameworks, and transformation experts for digitalization and automation of supply chain processes. Leverage ERP systems, MES, SCADA, digital workflow systems and business intelligence tools (eg Power BI, Tableau, AI) for real-time monitoring and reporting. · Apply discrete event simulation techniques to characterize factory capabilities. · Collaborate with engineering teams to design and improve supply chain systems, new product workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Advise on manufacturing processes that support critical key performance indicators at scale and continuously drive faster, lower cost, more efficient operations · Assist on Design for Supply Chain (DFSCM), which focuses on minimizing the end-to-end cost of a product across design, manufacturing, and distribution · Provide support for analytical modeling and decision making: supply chain decisions—like facility location, distribution network design, and inventory policies Qualifications Pursuing Bachelor’s, Masters, PhD in Ops research, statistics or supply chain, Engineering, Industrial or Business · Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and operational technology. · Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.
