• Own and execute month-end close tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, transaction coding, and financial statement preparation • Maintain GL accuracy and ensure all entries are properly supported and audit-ready • Complete recurring weekly accounting tasks such as data sync monitoring, transaction processing, and report maintenance • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting • Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects including ERP improvements, data flows, and tax preparation support

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close and GL accounting
  • NetSuite proficiency preferred
  • Experience with ecommerce or small/medium US companies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
