Position Overview The Healthcare Business Relationship Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and growing our partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role is a critical liaison between Medical Guardian, and our healthcare channel partners, working closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products and offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally. Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner satisfaction and growth. - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with professionalism and urgency. - Own and resolve partner issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and complete resolution. - Support the onboarding and ongoing training of partners, delivering clear and engaging product and process presentations. - Collaborate across departments to coordinate solutions and improve partner experience. - Provide dedicated support to our Senior Living and Healthcare partners, both enterprise and non-enterprise. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed while maintaining partner trust and satisfaction.
