Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical services or facilities management industry. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and enhance service delivery. - Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
