Senior Software Engineer
Endeavor
• Design and build scalable web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js • Develop and maintain Node.js backend with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs • Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems • Partner closely with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful solutions • Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions • Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling • Support and mentor new career engineers on the team
Job Requirements
- Solid software engineering experience, typically 5+ years
- Strong full-stack development experience building modern web applications
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Backend experience with Node.js, building services and APIs
- Experience designing and working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with containerized workloads using Docker (Kubernetes a plus)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts; experience with Terraform a plus
- Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong product instincts and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in environments where systems and processes are still evolving.
